A multiple Award Winner, Globe trotter and an avid Performer, Anand Aravindakshan is known for his clear and dramatically sensitivity voice. Having an affinity towards music from a tender age of 6, his passion is clearly reflected in his dedicated craft of deeply felt and sharply observed songs. Acquiring strong musical genes from his father and being greatly influenced by some of the most iconic singers like Ghulam Ali and SPB, he always pivoted with the dream of becoming a popular singer, and spent his childhood surrounded by music and participating in cultural fests and competitions.

A commerce graduate, he gave wings to his dreams by pursuing sound engineering and also graduated 5 grades western music theory from the renowned London college of music. Fast forward now to cultivating an increasingly visible solo career, defined by relentless creativity, and crafting his own identity in the world of music.

Long before winning the coveted title of Airtel Super Singer, Anand has a glorious history of working with reputed and award-winning music composers, and lent his voice in various movies, popular jingles and devotional albums. He has been the voice behind popular songs like Ninna Leni in Telugu movie 180, Mayilaanjiye in Sivappu Manjal Pachai, and Sirukki Vaasam in Kodi.

Cutting short a promising career in a bank, he has forged for himself a unique and diverse career in singing, collecting worldwide acclaim and numerous Awards in his native land. He has won various titles in popular reality shows like Zee Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Kairali TV and before rising to fame.

Anand has performed at various music tours in Malaysia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Canada and various other parts of the world. Recognized during one such concert, he is the only singer to have spawned an appearance in the World tour concert of SPB in Malaysia. A truly glorifying moment came to reality when the Legendary SPB said “You sang my song even better than I have.”

Embarking on a musical journey early in life to now reaching the pinnacle of success, Anand strongly believes that he is a living example of the theory – “When you truly want something in Life, the entire Universe conspires in helping you achieve it.” There is no other way!
